Do I have to pay a monthly fee for my cameras?
Nope! There are no monthly or hidden fees. We only charge for the camera system and installation, and are clear about what the cost will be up front.
Will my camera recordings be uploaded to someone's server?
No. Your cameras will be hardwired directly to a NVR storage system. All of your data will be local and secure.
How do I sign up for Lightwave Internet?
Before we can get you connected to our internet, we must verify that you are in our coverage area and can get a strong enough signal.

What kind of Internet do you offer?
We offer a service called fixed wireless internet. Our antennas and towers communicate directly with an antenna at your house, which plugs directly into a WiFi router that we provide. We also offer fiber internet in select areas.
What kind of equipment will you install at my house?
We offer two types of technology, typically only one is available in your area.
Fixed Wireless:
We install an antenna anywhere from 8” to 18” in diameter in size on your house. The size of antenna used is determined by the technician on site. Usually, we'll install a mast on your roof or facia. If you have an existing mast, antenna pole, or other adequate mounting space, the-technician may discuss mounting the antenna there.
Fiber to the Home:
We install a small box on the exterior of the house. This box includes an optical network unit (ONU) that converts fiber optic technology to cat 5e technology. We will then install a cable inside the house to connect to a power supply or PoE to power the ONU. Lastly, there will be a fiber optic cable installed from the house to the street, typically requiring trenching or plowing to install the cable.
All installations include a WIFI Router installed inside the house as well.

What are your monthly downloads caps?
We don't have monthly, weekly, or daily download caps. There are no overage fees, caps, hidden charges, or speed throttling.
What commercial services do you offer other than internet?
Whether we provide the internet or not, we can work with you to get wifi access wherever you need it on your company's property. We can provide IT support, and we also sell and install camera systems and voip phones.
